This is a genuinely hands‑on management role. Rather than spending every day behind a desk, you'll lead from the floor, supporting children, mentoring your team and maintaining outstanding standards across the nursery. Office space is available for meetings and management tasks, giving you the flexibility to balance leadership with direct involvement in nursery life.
You will oversee a close‑knit team of eight practitioners across three rooms, supporting around 40‑45 children in a setting where relationships, teamwork and quality childcare are at the heart of everything they do.
