Deputy Nursery Manager
Northfield, Birmingham | £35,000 - £38,000 per annum | Full Time
The Opportunity
Opening this September, the nursery will provide places for up to 120 children across dedicated Baby, Toddler and Pre‑School rooms.
As Deputy Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the setting, lead by example on the floor and help drive high standards of care, education, safeguarding and compliance throughout the nursery.

Salary & Benefits
£28,000 - £38,000 per annum
Full‑time, 40 hours per week
Alternating weekly shifts:
- 7:15am – 4:15pm
- 8:50am – 6:00pm

What We’re Looking For
Applicants should hold a relevant Level3 Early Years qualification and have previous leadership experience within an early years setting.
You will be confident supporting teams, maintaining high standards, building strong parent partnerships and ensuring the nursery operates in line with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
Most importantly you will be passionate about delivering exceptional early years experiences and excited by the opportunity to help build something special from the ground up.
