Revive Education are recruiting a Deputy Room Leader to join a well-established early years setting in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and passionate team.

Vacancy Details

  • Salary: Β£28,000 per annum
  • Hours / shifts: 40 hours per week, rotating shifts
  • Holiday allowance: 28 days

  • Parking availability: Parking available approximately a 10-minute walk away
  • Preferred room / age group: Pre-school, ages 3–4 years

Training & Progression

The setting offers all mandatory training alongside access to extensive online CPD through Noodle Now, with a wide range of courses available. Any additional training or qualifications staff wish to pursue will be mentored and supported, making this an excellent role for someone keen to develop and progress.

The Role

As Deputy Room Leader, you will support the Room Leader in the day-to-day running of the pre-school room, lead practice when required, and act as a positive role model for the team. You will help to maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding while building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Interview Process

Interview followed by a trial. Part-time candidates may also be considered.
