Training & Progression

The Role
As Deputy Room Leader, you will support the Room Leader in the day-to-day running of the pre-school room, lead practice when required, and act as a positive role model for the team. You will help to maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding while building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
