We are working with a well‑established preschool in Bicester that is seeking passionate Early Years Practitioners to join their team on either a full‑time or part‑time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a setting that genuinely values its staff and provides ongoing training, development and career progression opportunities.

The preschool supports children aged 2 to 4 years within a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and independence. Children benefit from a spacious classroom, fantastic outdoor learning areas, gardening opportunities, a mud kitchen and a strong focus on learning through play. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting children's learning and development
  • Completing observations and assessments
  • Building positive relationships with families
  • Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child welfare

Working Hours

Full‑time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm during term time only.
Part‑time: 3.5‑hour shifts, either 8:30am to 12:00pm or 12:00pm to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time only.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Experience supporting children with SEND (advantageous)
