We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established preschool in Bicester that is seeking a Deputy Manager to join its dedicated team. The preschool provides high-quality care and education for children aged 2 to 4 years within a stimulating environment that promotes learning through play, creativity and exploration. Role Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of the preschool, helping to maintain outstanding standards of care, education and safeguarding.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to support staff development, ensure compliance with EYFS requirements and build positive relationships with children and families.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience within an Early Years leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding responsibilities and nursery operations.
  • Organised, approachable and dependable leader who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a positive team culture.

Term and Compensation

  • This role is offered on a term‑time‑only basis, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
  • Competitive salary from £16.00 per hour depending on experience.
  • Four weeks paid holiday, pension scheme, bonus scheme, free on-site parking and ongoing training and career development opportunities.
