We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-focused nursery in Stevenage that is known for its warm, welcoming culture and excellent staff retention. The successful candidate will be based in the 12-24 month room, working alongside experienced practitioners in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What You’ll Receive

  • Salary of £25,680-£26,000 per year
  • 7-hour shifts (plus a 1-hour lunch break) between 7:30am and 6:00pm
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after five years' service

About the Nursery

The nursery cares for approximately 75 children across two age-specific rooms and has a dedicated team of around 20 staff. The team prides itself on creating a supportive, family-like environment where colleagues work together, help one another and share the common goal of providing the highest quality care and education for every child.
