The role As a bank practitioner, you will: * Provide additional support during staff absences and busy periods. * Help nurseries maintain the required staffing ratios. * Support children s learning, development and well-being. * Assist with activities, mealtimes, personal care and daily routines. * Adapt confidently to different rooms, age groups and nursery environments. * Follow each setting s safeguarding, health and safety procedures.
