We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established preschool in Bicester that is seeking a Deputy Manager to join its dedicated team.

Responsibilities
As Deputy Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the preschool, helping to maintain outstanding standards of care, education and safeguarding.
You will work closely with the leadership team to support staff development, ensure compliance with EYFS requirements and build positive relationships with children and families.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within an Early Years leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding responsibilities and nursery operations.
- Organised, approachable and dependable leadership skills.
- Passion for supporting others and contributing to a positive team culture.
