The Role

We are looking for a Technical & NPD Coordinator to provide operation and project support across Technical, NPD, EPD, packaging, and regulatory activities. The Technical & NPD Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, documentation is maintained to a high standard and suppliers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders remain aligned throughout the product development process. Working closely with the Head of Technical & NPD, this role will help drive projects forward while ensuring technical excellence, compliance and attention to detail are maintained throughout.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating NPD and EPD Projects
  • Managing product plans and critical paths
  • Supporting product launches from concept to market
  • Coordinating packaging artwork and approvals
  • Managing supplier documentation
  • Supporting retailer technical requests
  • Working closely with manufacturers and suppliers
  • Supporting quality and continuous improvement activities
  • Global working - some overlap with US time zones is required

About You

  • 3+ yrs experience within the food, beverage or food supplement industry
  • Experience within technical, NPD and quality
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident in managing multiple projects
  • Proactive, self-motivated and solutions focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, growing business
