THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to own end-to-end logistics and inventory operations across all markets. This is a critical role ensuring our product flows seamlessly from production through to shelf across every channel and territory. You will manage relationships with our 3PL and fulfilment partners, coordinate international freight through partners such as Zencargo, and oversee goods-in across our UK, US, UAE and EU warehouses. You will work closely with our sales and commercial teams to align demand planning with retailer replenishment cycles, ensuring stock is always in the right place at the right time. You will also manage the interface with our UK manufacturer and support the onboarding of our US manufacturing partner. This role requires someone who can take full ownership, operate proactively and stay ahead of challenges before they arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple markets
- Owning relationships with 3PLs and fulfilment partners
- Coordinating international freight and logistics
- Overseeing goods-in processes across UK, US, UAE and EU warehouses
- Maintaining PO trackers and raising ASNs and WROs
- Managing commercial invoices and customs documentation
- Coordinating with packaging suppliers
- Monitoring stock levels and proactively flagging risks such as low cover, overstocks or stockouts
- Aligning demand planning with sales and retailer requirements
- Supporting onboarding of new manufacturing partners
- Acting as the key point of accountability for product flow across all territories
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or operations
- Experience within CPG, beauty, health or wellness industries preferred
- Strong experience managing 3PLs and international freight
- Experience in demand planning and multi-market inventory management
- Familiarity with systems such as Unleashed, Mintsoft and ShipBob
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable working at pace in a scaling business
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
