ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our global supply chain. You’ll thrive here if you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, solving problems quickly and helping shape the operational backbone of a high-growth business. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Retail, Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance and NPD and Demand Planning.

- Responsible for managing freight and logistics operations, including documentation and the movement of global stock across air, sea and road shipments.
- Maintain the ERP system and ensure accurate and timely data entry across all operational processes.
- Support the implementation of operational processes and tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with commercial goals, promotional calendars and product launches.
- Track key operational metrics including OTIF, inventory turnover and supplier performance.
- Help negotiate supplier and logistics contracts, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Support the Demand Planning Manager to improve forecast accuracy and planning processes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of working in a startup/scale up business.
- 4+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally within FMCG, retail or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of supply chain functions including procurement, demand planning, inventory and logistics.
- Experience managing third-party manufacturers, 3PLs or freight partners.
- Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Analytical and confident using data to support decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
