Currently, our products are available in over 9,000 stores globally, including renowned establishments like Saks Fifth Avenue, Harrods, Boots, Holland & Barrett, and Sephora. We have exceptionally ambitious plans to become the global leader in ingestible collagen and have picked up no less than 26 industry awards. In 2022, we were recognised as the best new business in the country by Lloyds Banking Group. More recently, we were independently ranked as the 86th fastest-growing privately owned company in the UK.

We’re searching for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our CEO. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that blends traditional EA responsibilities with key involvement in legal, finance, HR, strategic planning, and more. Experience working with a PE-backed business would be advantageous. As the right hand to our Founder, you’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and ensure every moment of his day is optimised. You’ll collaborate with our wider team on exciting projects, PR and press activities, and events while also supporting the smooth running of the office. Due to our rapidly growing global footprint, you’ll need to be flexible, with some availability outside of traditional working hours and the ability to travel nationally and internationally, sometimes at short notice. You will have a considerable impact and exposure working directly alongside the company’s Founder and CEO. For the right candidate, this role offers a truly career-defining opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and respond to the CEO’s diary and inbox
  • Oversee all internal/external correspondence, prioritising key tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and complex financial documents
  • Coordinate internal projects, track deadlines, and ensure results are being delivered against internal targets
  • Manage onboarding and act as the go-to person for HR queries
  • Draft and manage contracts, liaise with vendors, and oversee procurement with relevant team
  • Support strategic planning, track milestones, and deliver insights
  • Track budgets and provide financial reporting feedback
  • Manage legal documents, liaise with legal counsel, and ensure compliance
  • Book personal appointments, manage ad-hoc tasks, and travel
  • Manage all stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration
  • Grasp and manage complex operational processes, ensuring efficiency across all areas
  • Handle logistics for board meetings, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain and organise board-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Managing and taking board minutes

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5+ years’ EA experience with C-Level experience, ideally with exposure to HR, finance, legal, and strategic planning
  • Exceptional organisational skills and granular attention to detail
  • A proactive problem-solver with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Confident in handling financial data and working across teams
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Experience supporting at board level, with a strong understanding of board functions
  • Experience in project management and managing the assignment of priorities and tasks for a team of business support staff
  • Experience as a people manager, ideally as a team leader
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in Shopify, Trello, accounting software, and automation tools being a plus
  • Proactive approach to support with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Flexible and adaptable, with an understanding of the demands of supporting a busy CEO

This role is based in our central Bristol office with the option to work from home one day a week. There will also be a requirement to travel to our London offices several times a month.
