This is a hands-on operations support role, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in supply chain and logistics.
The Operations & Supply Chain Assistant will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across procurement, logistics, and stock movement, ensuring information, documentation, and trackers are accurate, up to date, and shared with the right stakeholders.
Operations & Procurement Support- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations and demand planning teams.
- Support critical path tracking by monitoring timelines, updating status and flagging risks or delays.
- Support inbound shipments from manufacturers and suppliers, including sea and air freight.
- Coordinate booking-in information between manufacturers, freight partners, 3PLs and retail partners.
- Assist with outbound deliveries to UK customers, Amazon warehouses and international markets.
- Collate, check and file import/export documentation, including:
- Commercial invoices
- Packing lists
- Other required shipping or regulatory documents
Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within operations, logistics, or supply chain.
Confident using Excel or Google Sheets and working with internal systems.
Exposure to logistics, freight or supply chain environments.
Familiarity with international shipping or customs documentation.
