With an early-stage international presence, we want an exceptional individual to join our company to catapult our international expansion, reporting to the group Sales Director, with a clear opportunity to progress.

An experienced business development manager, ideally familiar with the Health and Wellness sector, to support execution and delivery of our ambitious international strategy. To build strong relations and develop our business plan with a partnership approach in our existing markets. Additionally identifying and expanding into new territories as per our strategic plan. Cultural fit is as important to Revive Active as experience and competency in Revive Active, and a close working relationship with all facets of the business will be essential in realising our goals working with Centralised functions.

Reporting to the Group Sales Director will take ownership of the execution and delivery of the international strategy, including but not limited to:

  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities in new markets.
  • Educate Distributors, Retailers, and Consumers on our brand.
  • Formulate marketing plans with internal teams and local partners.
  • Implement and track progress of agreed activations against set KPIs.
  • Customer management: performance management and general account support.
  • Have close collaboration with all internal departments, nurturing a global culture.
  • ‘Lead from the front’ approach in developing markets with hands on engagement.
  • Identifying market specific requirements and respecting differing regulatory needs of a global portfolio.
  • Understanding and embracing cultures, and market nuances to ensure relevance and competitive position.
  • Leverage and develop relationships with key stakeholders, to develop strategic, long-term, sustainable relationships.

Person Detail & Essential Criteria:

  • Strategic as well as operational, strong, hands-on Commercial and/or Marketing experience in the Health and Wellness sector and/or Consumer-facing industries in an international multi market role.
  • Personally driven and determination to deliver against challenging targets and deadlines.
  • Proven track record in delivering commercial objectives efficiently, in short time scales.
  • Self-motivated to explore new opportunities within a semi-autonomous role.
  • High energy individual with a passion for profitable brand building.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about health and wellness.
  • Commercially astute with strong financial acumen.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 3+ years of relevant European commercial experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant international commercial experience.
  • Remote based role with occasional travel to central London.
  • Occasional international travel (as needed) to target markets.
