The company started 15 years ago and formulates, manufactures, and distributes a range of super supplements which are exported throughout the world to over 48 different countries. An opportunity has arisen to join our UK Sales team. We are seeking to recruit an Area Sales Manager (UK South). We pride ourselves on the quality of the products we produce, on the company values we adhere to, and as such, the successful candidate will be expected to retain our high operational and behavioral standards.

The role of Area Sales Manager at Revive Active is to develop sales and build relationships with our existing and new retailers & consumers across the Territory. Key areas of responsibility in the role of Area Sales Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Develop sales and achieve your weekly, quarterly & annual targets.
  • Increase distribution numbers & rate of sale in your area.
  • Build, implement and execute the operational field strategy for the area.
  • Contribute to the delivery of all key financials, budgets and targets.
  • Introduce new products & meet brand distribution targets.
  • Agree & implement promotions with your customers to drive sales & brand awareness.
  • Maintain and update the company CRM on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate for the role of Area Sales Manager must have a proven track record in FMCG retail sales & a strong knowledge of the Territory. This role requires you to be highly organised, sales focused, target driven whilst also possessing a dynamic and flexible attitude to change. UK Wholesale experience would be advantageous to this role.

A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in commercial sales ideally in VMS or Pharma.

  • Demonstrative knowledge of Health Store & Pharmacy sectors & nutrition.
  • Excellent planning & time management skills.
  • Computer literate & a working knowledge of a CRM tool.
  • Full clean Driver’s License.
  • UK Wholesale experience would be advantageous.
