Loved by vintage clothing and fashion enthusiasts plus favoured by the costume departments of TV, theatre and movie companies worldwide. Our business continues to thrive currently presenting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Brand Manager to join our team of 10 at our stunning historic premises in Huddersfield. You will have a proven track record of organising, coaching and driving a marketing team & brand to success. Days will be varied, so the ideal person will enjoy an ever changing workload, be a role model for the brand and be an effective team leader who has the creativity and skills to progress our physical & digital presence. Responsibilities Lead a team of 4 staff including marketing and product listings staff to ensure they reach their full potential through effective communication and ongoing feedback. Organise and spearhead regular team meetings and staff performance reviews. Proactive collaboration with the wider Revival team and external support. Plan and manage our marketing schedule ensuring it is fulfilled on brand and measured. Ensure we maintain a strong presence on all social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. Continue to build and engage with the Revival community. Build relations with key influencers as well as manage potential and existing collaborations. Continually monitor KPIs, highlighting opportunities to grow our brand. Help drive revenue by continually reviewing all marketing activity including email and SMS marketing. Review, improve and grow newsletters plus automated email flows using Klaviyo Lead the website maintenance of banners, promotions, category management to show products at their best Plan and manage photo and video shoots to maximise efficiency and productivity Recruit new team members when required Skills & Experience 2+ years of managing an in-person marketing team Experience in ecommerce website management would be advantageous Be commercially aware and understand the importance of ROIs Analysing and interpreting data across multiple platforms Outstanding organisation, planning, timekeeping and communication skills Strong project management and decision-making skills Proficient with online marketing and social media strategy Experience or a good understanding of Klaviyo, Adobe Photoshop, Canva and Buffer or similar applications Photography and videography experience would be advantageous Experience or an interest in clothing or the fashion sector would be favourable A creative flair is essential This is an in-office full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. Marketing agencies will not be considered. Salary starts from £35\’000. For the right candidate, there will be a level of flexibility on this.
