You’ll need to be:

  • Living in Bristol - commutable to Whiteladies Rd
  • Working in recruitment currently - ideally in Technology/GTM/Commercial
  • Impact player - someone who is highly competitive and career driven
  • Knows their strengths and those strengths are delivery with quality & urgency
  • Has at some point been used to managing 5-10 high quality briefs
  • Has been making 2-6 placements per month in delivery, used to fast and niche
  • High accountability attitude/never die attitude
  • Thrives in fast paced environment
