The role:
Reviva are partnering with a VC-backed B2B SaaS company operating across Europe in the decision intelligence and risk-adjacent space. They are entering a key growth phase and are hiring a People & Talent Manager to take full ownership of the people function. This is a standalone, hands-on role with genuine autonomy and clear progression as the business scales. You’ll own everything across HR, people operations, culture, and in-house recruitment, while playing a central role in international growth and future acquisitions.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: £55K–£65K base
- Employer pension contribution: 8%
- 30 days annual leave plus public holidays
- High autonomy and visibility across the business
- Clear progression to Head of People as the function scales
- Location: London based - hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)
- Regular travel between the UK and EU
Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle
- Act as the go-to advisor for leaders on HR, performance, and organisational design
- Fully own in-house recruitment
- Embed and scale company culture, values, and engagement initiatives
- Support people-related activity during acquisitions, including cross-border integration
- Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business growth plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a standalone or senior People / HR Manager role
- Background in a scaling business, ideally SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
- Hands-on recruitment experience, including direct sourcing
- Experience supporting international teams and cross-border employment
- Comfortable operating autonomously with both strategic and operational responsibility
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 desirable, or equivalent practical experience
