Reviva are partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company operating within a highly regulated market. They are entering a key growth phase and are hiring a Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue through their global partner network. This is a high impact role for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing commercial partnerships, and helping scale a growing software business.
You'll work closely with existing channel partners while identifying and onboarding new ones, helping to increase market share and drive partner-generated revenue. This is a collaborative role with strong support internally, but requires someone comfortable taking ownership, building relationships, and creating opportunities.
Base salary: Up to £60K + £30K commission (£90K OTE)
Location: London (2x per week on-site). Occasional travel required, including North America.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing channel partners
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners
- Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue growth
- Build and execute partner business plans and go-to-market initiatives
- Deliver partner training, enablement, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams
- Track partner performance across revenue, pipeline, and engagement metrics
- Represent the business at partner meetings, events, and industry conferences
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in SaaS sales, channel sales, account management, or partner management
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Experience using HubSpot is advantageous
- Experience selling into regulated industries is beneficial but not essential
