Uncapped commission (ranging from £12,000 - £60,000) depending on performances.

~ No BD/New Business - this is focused on Delivery with client interaction.

Working in recruitment currently - ideally in Technology/GTM/Commercial.

Knows their strengths and those strengths are delivery with quality & urgency.

Has at some point been used to managing 5-10 high quality briefs.
