With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, we have helped to deliver over 2 million IVs safely across 40+ countries to support people on their wellness journey, including preventative and proactive health care. Vitamin shots, supplements, genetics testing and blood testing services are also available. Our signature therapies have been specially formulated to provide the body with vitamins, nutrients, fluids, electrolytes and antioxidants which support a wide range of health benefits.
This is a 6 month fixed term role, with the opportunity to become permanent. The Finance Director will be the CEO’s primary financial partner. The remit includes group reporting, commercial finance, planning, governance and risk management across multiple regions. The role requires someone who can operate both strategically and operationally. This position suits someone who is comfortable working in a scale-up environment. Financial processes and information are still developing, and the successful candidate will help bring greater visibility, structure and discipline without expecting a fully mature corporate environment.
Strategic Finance Leadership- Shape and deliver the group financial strategy and long-term plan.
- Act as a constructive challenger and trusted partner to the CEO.
- Provide clear commercial advice on performance, risk and investment decisions.
- Support the implementation of strategic finance projects.
- Lead group financial reporting across all entities.
- Produce consolidated monthly packs, budgets, forecasts and Board reports.
- Strengthen financial processes, controls and operating discipline.
- Oversee audits, statutory accounts, tax returns and regulatory filings.
- Maintain compliant financial operations across global markets.
- Manage relationships with international auditors, tax advisers, accountants, banks and legal partners.
- Support expansion into new territories with appropriate financial infrastructure.
- Analyse revenue performance, product economics and profitability.
- Oversight on company cashflow reporting.
- Provide financial insight to product and technology teams.
- Maintain financial models and scenario plans to support strategic decisions.
- Lead financial due diligence and investor reporting.
- Manage the data room and support future fundraising or structural changes.
- Maintain strong financial risk management across the group.
- Recruit, develop and support the finance team.
- Provide day-to-day leadership for the Finance Manager.
- Build a scalable, high-performing finance function.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- At least three years’ experience in a Finance Director or senior financial leadership role.
- Experience working with multi-company or multi-country structures.
- Strong grounding in both financial control and commercial finance.
- Proven ability to improve finance functions in high-growth or scale-up settings.
- Experience with audits, investor reporting and due diligence.
- Comfortable working with evolving financial information and processes.
- Experience in wellness, health technology or other high-growth sectors.
- Exposure to IPO preparation or exit readiness.
- Understanding of technology or subscription-based business models.
- Commercially sharp with strong analytical capability.
- Clear communicator and confident at Board level.
- Practical, hands-on and solutions focused.
