We’re looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to help deliver all graphic design across Revitalise Trust and Love Your Neighbour. You’ll create high-quality visual assets across digital, social, email and print - helping us communicate our campaigns clearly, creatively and consistently to a wide range of audiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead design delivery across all channels (social, email, digital and print)
  • Create engaging assets including posters, banners, leaflets, donor materials and social media graphics
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent use of brand across all touchpoints
  • Support marketing and fundraising campaigns with compelling visuals
  • Manage and prioritise multiple projects, delivering to deadlines and high standards
  • Maintain shared design resources (e.g. Canva, SharePoint) to enable wider team use
  • Design internal and external presentations and brand documents
  • Work closely with the Comms & Media team, including the Head of Comms

Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all creative work. Excellent attention to detail and a desire to always deliver best‑in‑class assets.

1-2 years’ proven experience in digital and graphic design. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of, and experience in, other design platforms such as Canva, Adobe creative programmes including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. A portfolio demonstrating your creativity, technical skills, and ability to execute design projects.
