We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive candidate to head up the CEOs’ office and provide comprehensive and wide-ranging administrative and executive support to Sarah Jackson, one of the Co-CEOs of Revitalise Trust. This will enable the CEO to operate efficiently and effectively, allowing them to focus on high-level tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbox, draft communications, and prioritise correspondence
- Oversee diary, travel, expenses, and meeting preparation
- Act as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, and take minutes
- Lead and support the EA and Team Administrative Assistant
- Coordinate projects, events, and training activities
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support as needed
Qualifications:
- Has a passion for and knowledge of HTB Group and Revitalise Trust
- High degree of administrative ability with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organised with experience in an administrative role (preferably as an EA)
- High standard of formal writing skills and experience with the drafting of professional emails
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-pressure environment
- Relational with good interpersonal skills and oral communication
- Experience of working with C-suite/senior management
- Experienced in managing people
- Proficient with the Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-sufficient, uses initiative and has the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Able to maintain absolute discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality at all times
