We’re hiring a UGC Marketing Manager to help build and run our creator program for GCSE, IGCSE, and A-level students. This is a fully remote role with a competitive salary, working with a team that has already built one of the strongest creator programs in the education space.
This role is for someone who properly understands the UK school system and the way students talk about it online. You’ve either done GCSEs, IGCSEs, A-levels, or studied within that world closely enough to know what students are revising for, stressing over, joking about, and searching for at 11pm the night before an exam. You understand the difference between content that feels like a brand trying to “reach Gen Z” and content that would actually make a Year 11 or Year 13 student stop scrolling.
The main focus of this role is building out our UK curriculum UGC program from the ground up. You’ll help find and recruit creators, onboard them, approve their content, give feedback, track what is working, and help creators improve over time. A big part of the job is understanding what makes GCSE, IGCSE, and A-level content perform on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from hooks and pacing to sounds, captions, trends, comments, revision panic, exam memes, and the small details that make student content feel natural.
This would be a strong fit for someone who has made GCSE, A-level, study, sixth form, student-life, or revision content before and wants to move into a more strategic, managerial role. You don’t need to have managed a huge creator program before, but you do need to have strong taste, good judgment, and a real understanding of what UK students respond to online.
You’ll be responsible for things like:
- Finding and recruiting UGC creators in the GCSE, IGCSE, A-level, revision, and student content space.
- Onboarding new creators and helping them understand the product, audience, content goals, and what kind of videos we’re looking for.
- Reviewing UGC content before it goes live and giving creators clear feedback on hooks, pacing, structure, captions, trend usage, and whether the video feels native to TikTok or Instagram.
- Spotting patterns in the GCSE, A-level, StudyTok, sixth form, and UK student space, then turning those patterns into better feedback, stronger content briefs, and more useful creator guidance.
- Building a stronger creator program with clear incentives, better systems, and regular creator reactivation so creators stay active, motivated, and consistent.
- Creating content briefs, content inspiration, example videos, and repeatable formats based on current trends, student pain points, exam season, results day, UCAS stress, and what is already working.
- Keeping up with UK student conversations online, especially in places like r/GCSE, r/6thForm, r/alevel, TikTok comments, Instagram comments, and student creator pages, so our content stays relevant to what students actually care about.
Bonus points if:
- You’ve grown your own TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts account.
- You’ve tutored GCSE, IGCSE, or A-level students, or made educational content for them.
- You understand UGC programs, creator incentives, referral systems, or ambassador programs.
- You’ve been part of UK student communities, sixth form spaces, tutoring spaces, or online education brands.
