Revised Recruitment Group is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a welcoming school in Cowbridge (both Primary and Secondary) for the full academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in reaching their full potential while becoming part of a dedicated and supportive school community.

The Role

  • Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Provide tailored support for pupils with additional learning needs (ALN) where required.
  • Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
  • Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people in a school, childcare or support setting is desirable.
  • A patient, caring and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
