Revised Recruitment Group is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a welcoming school in Cowbridge (both Primary and Secondary) for the full academic year. The Role
- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Provide tailored support for pupils with additional learning needs (ALN) where required.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
- Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people in a school, childcare or support setting is desirable.
- A patient, caring and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
