Revised Recruitment Group is recruiting a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join the team at a Special School in Cardiff. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for the entire academic year, supporting children and young people aged 3-19 with a range of additional learning needs in a highly inclusive and nurturing environment. The school specialises in supporting pupils with autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties and complex additional needs.

The Role

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs (ALN).
  • Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and personal development.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Help deliver engaging, personalised learning activities.
  • Foster a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
