The School: Revised Recruitment Group are working with a Cardiff based Primary school. The school aims to give every child the best possible start to their education through vibrant and engaging teaching, enabling the children to become active learners through a broad and balance curriculum. The Role: The role as a Teaching Assistant will be based in the nursery catering for a variety of needs of 3 and 4 year olds. The main focus will be supporting pupils with lower ability on a 1-2-1 or small group basis. You will be working along side the classroom teacher and will be supported by the senior leadership team. What you will need to succeed * Have a passion for the education of children * Affinity to working with the early years * Have the ability to form effective working relationships with pupils, staff and parents. * You will act as a positive role model for pupils. * The ability to assess and track progress of pupils Previous experience in schools is not essential as training will be provided.
