The School:

Revised Recruitment Group are working with a Cardiff based Primary school. The school aims to give every child the best possible start to their education through vibrant and engaging teaching, enabling the children to become active learners through a broad and balanced curriculum.

The Role:

The role as a Teaching Assistant will be flexible to cover across both KS1 and KS2. The main focus will be supporting pupils with lower ability on a 1-2-1 or small group basis. You will be working alongside the classroom teacher and will be supported by the senior leadership team.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Have a passion for the education of children
  • Have the ability to form effective working relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • You will act as a positive role model for pupils
  • The ability to assess and track progress of pupils

Previous experience in schools is not essential as training will be provided. If you have had previous experience with pupils or have an interest in doing so, please get in touch.
