Revised Recruitment Group is recruiting passionate and experienced Further Education (FE) Teachers to join the team for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to support post-16 learners within a successful and inclusive college environment. The campus delivers a wide range of further and higher education programmes across multiple subject areas, supporting thousands of learners across its campuses.

We are looking for teachers across a range of curriculum areas who are committed to delivering engaging learning experiences and helping students achieve their academic, vocational and personal goals.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to FE learners across your specialist subject area.
  • Support students to develop knowledge, skills and confidence.
  • Prepare learning materials and assess student progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support learner development.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with curriculum teams and support staff.
  • Support students in achieving their qualifications and progression goals.

We're Looking For

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/PCET or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Relevant industry experience and strong subject knowledge.
  • Experience teaching or training learners aged 16+ is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for education and supporting learner success.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate students from a range of backgrounds.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or eligibility to register.
