The School: Revised Recruitment Group are working with a Cardiff based Primary school. The school aims to give every child the best possible start to their education through vibrant and engaging teaching, enabling the children to become active learners through a broad and balanced curriculum.

The Role: The role as a Teaching Assistant will be to work predominantly in the Foundation Phase, however you will need to be flexible to cover across KS2. The main focus will be supporting pupils with lower ability. Ideally the candidate would be looking to start ASAP.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Have a passion for the education of children
  • Have the ability to form effective working relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • You will act as a positive role model for pupils
  • The ability to assess and track progress of pupils
  • Previous experience in schools is not essential as training will be provided. If you have had previous experience with pupils or have an interest in doing so, please get in touch.
