Revised Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team at a primary school in St Mellons, Cardiff, for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a welcoming primary school while gaining valuable long-term experience.
The Role
- Support pupils across the primary age range in the classroom.
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
- Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines.
We're Looking For
- Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
- A positive, patient and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or eligibility to register.
