Start Date: August 2025 or earlier
Type: Freelance to start, with potential for Full time 6-Month Contract
We’re looking for a freelance CAD technician or draftsperson to support our growing design and construction pipeline across sauna, cold plunge, and wellness environments.
This is a practical, technical role — ideal for someone who can work from sketches and site photos to produce clean, scaled plans. You’ll be working with our in-house team and structural engineer to develop real-world projects in progress now and planned for 2026–2027.
What You’ll Do
- Create simple, scaled technical drawings based on sketches and concept plans
- Translate zoning ideas into linework that communicates clearly with both designers and engineers
- Work on modular builds, wellness layouts, and outdoor infrastructure
- Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure loadings and compliance
- Provide ongoing CAD support across a variety of hospitality and design projects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong 2D CAD skills (AutoCAD, Vectorworks)
- Comfortable with site-based design thinking (e.g. rooftop builds, outdoor infrastructure)
- Practical mindset – clear drawings
- Able to work independently and interpret design intent from hand sketches or verbal briefings
- Bonus: understanding of wellness or hospitality sectors
- UK-based, preferably in either London, Plymouth or Bristol for ease of collaboration
What We Offer
- Freelance flexibility, with the option to scale into a 6-month full-time contract
- Access to a supportive, creative team working on meaningful projects
- Real-world builds – not theoretical design work
