Join the Future of Business AI at RevGeni.ai in Greater London (Remote) with a salary of £35,000 + Uncapped Commission.
About RevGeni: We’re focused on enabling B2B founders to achieve breakthrough results with complete confidence, knowing their digital team is driving revenue 24/7. We are creating digital teammates: AI-powered "genies" that handle sales, marketing, and growth activities from day one, with zero technical setup required. Our AI agents work as skilled employees, not complex tools. We are at an exciting inflection point: pilots completed, angel investment secured, and ready to scale across UK and international markets.
The Opportunity: We are hiring our first Sales Development Representative. This is a foundational role reporting directly to the CEO. You won’t just be generating leads; you’ll own the entire journey from first contact through to onboarding.
Your mission:
- Using our own Genies and other tools where needed, identify companies that are the perfect fit, manage relevant activity at each pipeline stage and guide them into our one-month free trial.
- You’ll be building the playbook as we scale, with direct impact on revenue and real influence on how we go to market.
What You’ll Do:
- Pipeline Generation & Qualification: Research and identify high-potential B2B companies (UK and international) that match our ideal customer profile. Own and implement elements of our growth plan. Run targeted outbound campaigns using modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach. Qualify opportunities based on business fit, pain points, intent signals and readiness to adopt AI automation.
- Trial Conversion & Customer Success: Guide qualified prospects into our one-month free trial experience. Manage and optimise relevant sequences at each pipeline stage. Address objections, provide consultative guidance, and drive conversion to paid subscriptions. Build relationships with founders and senior decision-makers who value practical, results-driven solutions.
- Sales Operations & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity records and KPI’s in CRM. Track conversion metrics from initial contact through to subscription. Constantly identify opportunities for optimisation. Collaborate with the CEO and COO on refining messaging, positioning, and sales approach. Contribute insights from customer conversations to shape product and marketing strategy.
Who You Are:
- Experience & Skills: 3 - 5 years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, martech, or subscription-based services. Proven track record of hitting targets in an outbound-led environment. Comfortable engaging founders and senior stakeholders in consultative conversations. Confident using tools like Clay, CRM platforms, and modern sales tech. Strong communicator who can articulate value clearly and tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Mindset & Attributes: Self-starter mentality: You prefer building processes, not just following them. Results-driven: You’re motivated by targets, thrive on wins, and relish uncapped earning potential. Commercially curious: You want to understand why businesses buy, not just what they buy. Ambitious: You see this as more than an SDR role - it’s the entry point to a growing sales organisation. Resilient and organised: You handle rejection well, stay on top of multiple prospects, and push through challenges. Analytical: Able to identify patterns, trends and opportunities from data and personal experience.
Why This Role Matters:
- This isn’t a typical SDR position in a large sales team. You’ll be the first sales hire, building the foundation for everything that follows.
- Working directly with the CEO, learning the business inside-out with unfiltered access to leadership.
- Shaping how we sell - your insights and experiences will directly influence our go-to-market strategy.
- Selling genuinely disruptive technology - AI agents that deliver immediate, measurable value.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary (£35,000) + uncapped commission structure.
- High-growth environment with potential for progression as the team expands.
- International scope - working with customers across multiple markets.
