ReVerte is building the infrastructure for the UK Biodiversity Net Gain market. Our platform connects developers with habitat banks, helping developers source compliant off-site BNG units quickly, competitively, and with confidence. Alongside the platform, we provide hands-on consultancy support to ensure every transaction is commercially practical and fully compliant.

We are an early-stage business with strong momentum, rapidly growing market presence, and a clear ambition to become the go-to platform for BNG procurement in the UK.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial individual to help grow the ReVerte platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and being directly involved in commercial growth. You will be responsible for developing new relationships across the development sector, generating opportunities, and managing live transactions from first conversation through to completion. This is not a heavily corporate environment with layers of management and rigid processes. We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, commercially sharp, and excited by the opportunity to help build something from an early stage. The right person will thrive on ownership, momentum, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with developers, planning consultants, land promoters, and related professionals
  • Identifying developments with live BNG requirements
  • Managing deals throughout the transaction process
  • Following up on quotations and helping progress deals through to completion
  • Delivering a highly responsive, detail-focused client experience
  • Helping refine and improve outreach and onboarding processes as the business grows
  • Representing ReVerte at networking events and industry functions
  • Working closely with founders in a fast-moving startup environment

Who We’re Looking For

We care far more about mindset, commercial instinct, and drive than a perfectly conventional CV. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be commercially minded and highly self-motivated
  • Enjoy building relationships and opening doors
  • Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Be proactive and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them
  • Be energised by targets, growth, and momentum
  • Be confident managing conversations with developers and industry professionals
  • Understand how developers operate commercially
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ideally, you’ll already have relationships within development, planning, property, or environmental sectors
  • An understanding of Biodiversity Net Gain is beneficial but not essential

As an early-stage business, everyone at ReVerte contributes beyond their core role. We’re looking for people who enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and helping build the business wherever needed.

Our Culture

We are building a business around ambitious, proactive people who genuinely want to be here, support each other, and contribute to something long term. We value high standards, attention to detail, responsiveness, and ownership. We care deeply about the quality of service we provide and the reputation we build in the market. We are not aiming to build an average company, and we are not looking for average people. We want motivated individuals who take pride in their work, think commercially, and want to operate at a high level alongside others who do the same. This is an opportunity to join early, have real influence, and help shape the future of a rapidly growing business.

Package

We are flexible on structure for the right candidate. £35k-45K Base salary + strong uncapped commission structure. Significant earning potential for high performers. Genuine progression opportunity as the company grows. Potential future equity / EMI opportunities. Hybrid/flexible working. Expected OTE: £80,000.00+. For the right individual with strong existing relationships and a proven track record, we are open to discussing a more senior role and package structure.

If this role interests you, please send a cover letter and CV to info@reverte.co.uk. For an informal conversation about the role, feel free to call Jack on 07805 215 266.
