Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging MS 365 certification trainer to deliver a one-hour weekly online session to a group of women. This role is vital in helping learners enhance their skills in Microsoft 365 tools, supporting our mission to make quality education accessible for all.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive one-hour training sessions on MS 365 tools each week.
- Develop clear, concise training materials tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Support learners by answering questions and providing guidance during sessions.
- Track learner progress and provide feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance training content and delivery methods.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MS 365 features and best practices.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering MS 365 training or similar educational roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
- Reliable internet connection and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
- Passion for education and community empowerment.
- Prior experience in charity or nonprofit sectors is a plus.
