Reverba Global is seeking a commercially minded, relationship-driven VP, Client Partner (Clinical & Medical) to lead and grow strategic pharmaceutical client partnerships across the EU and UK. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of medical communications, clinical strategy, and business growth.
As a trusted advisor to clients across Medical Affairs, Medical Education, Medical Communications, and Clinical/R&D teams, you will guide account strategy, strengthen long-term partnerships, and uncover opportunities to expand our impact. You will work cross-functionally with internal experts to deliver excellence, support pipeline advancement, and help shape solutions that meet evolving client needs.

- Serve as a senior strategic partner for key clinical and medical accounts across the UK and EU
- Build and lead strong, long-standing relationships with pharmaceutical clients
- Drive organic growth within existing client portfolios while contributing to net new business opportunities
- Lead strategic planning conversations tied to medical product planning, clinical priorities, and R&D pipeline goals
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams including Strategy, Product, Operations, Scientific Experts, and Program Management to deliver high-quality solutions
- Support the development of proposals, scopes of work, strategic recommendations, and client communications
- Monitor account health, delivery milestones, financial forecasting, risks, and overall client satisfaction
- Act as a senior escalation point for client issues and help navigate complex business challenges with confidence and care
Qualifications:
- The ability to build strong, long-standing relationships with pharmaceutical clients within the EU/UK regions
- Experience within the medical communications landscape, with a clear understanding of Medical Affairs and Clinical client environments
- A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, communications, or a related field
- Significant experience in a senior client-facing role within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare communications, or medical consultancy
- Deep knowledge of Medical Affairs, HCP engagement, clinical development, and medical communications
- Experience in strategic account management, client growth, and complex stakeholder engagement
- Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial oversight
- Excellent presentation, communication, and consulting skills, including the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into strategic recommendations
- Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and privacy considerations in local and global markets
- Comfort with CRM systems, financial reporting tools, and presentation platforms
- Experience working with multinational pharmaceutical organizations
- Understanding of global medical affairs operating models
- Exposure to strategic planning for HCP engagement, patient engagement, clinical insight gathering, or scientific platforms
