Reverb is the world's largest marketplace for buying and selling music gear, and we're growing our UK team. We're looking for a hands-on UK Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our UK marketing channels β turning strategy into content, campaigns, and community that gets musicians buying and selling on Reverb.
This is a channel-owning role: you'll be the person who actually makes things happen across email, social, and partnerships. You'll work closely with the UK leadership team and have real creative latitude to build something that feels distinctly British and authentically musical. Youβll have real ownership over the channels that matter.
This is a permanent, full-time remote role based in England, United Kingdom, reporting to the Senior Manager, Seller Engagement. Applicants must have the permanent right to work and reside in the UK. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship or relocation for this role.
Travel requirements: This role requires occasional travel to our US headquarters, typically 2β3 times per year. Candidates must be able to travel internationally as required by the role.
What You'll Own
- Email and on-platform communication channels β work closely with the US-based email team to shape a UK email strategy that reflects the distinct needs, behaviours, and preferences of British musicians.
- Instagram UK β run the @reverbuk channel end-to-end: content planning, creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Influencer & creator partnerships β identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with UK-based musicians, gear reviewers, and content creators.
- Trade events & industry presence β represent Reverb at relevant UK music trade shows, gear fairs, industry events.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a consumer marketplace, e-commerce, or enthusiast brand.
- Proven track record managing social media channels (Instagram essential) and email marketing.
- Experience running influencer or creator partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Comfortable representing a brand in person β at events, in conversations with press, and within music communities.
- Data-literate and AI-savvy β comfortable in an email platform, pulling Instagram analytics, and using AI tools to accelerate analysis.
- Highly organised and self-directed; this is a role where you'll need to manage your own time and priorities without a lot of hand-holding.
- A genuine love of music and music gear.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a two-sided marketplace or platform business.
- Photography, video, or basic design skills for content creation.
- An existing network in the UK music press, creator, or events world.
Why Reverb UK
You'll be one of the early UK team members with real ownership over channels that matter. There's no bureaucratic approval chain for every Instagram post β we want someone who can move quickly, try things, and build something they're proud of.
