A Day in Your Neighborhood
Coordinate event and group bookings end‑to‑end, from initial enquiry through to post‑event follow‑up, ensuring timely responses and meticulous attention to detail across rooming lists, contracts, billing, and special requests using Opera Cloud and relevant systems in line with brand standards. Proactively manage events and groups to optimise revenue and guest experience, balancing inventory, monitoring cut‑off dates, tracking pick‑up and deposits, and identifying upselling opportunities, while ensuring billing accuracy and close collaboration with clients, operations, and the cluster team. Serve as the primary point of contact for event and group clients, building strong relationships while collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders—including Front of House, Food & Drink teams, Cluster Sales, clients, and guests to deliver seamless, personalised, and experience‑driven events. Own the full billing lifecycle, from deposits and forecasting through to final invoicing, maintaining accurate records, managing amendments and cancellations, and applying terms and fees with clarity and consistency. Work as a team player, contributing to weekly Events and Groups meetings and preparing detailed Event and Group Summary Sheets and ensuring all departments are fully aligned and ready to deliver a smooth and memorable guest journey.
