THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Pricing and Revenue Management Consultant , you will work closely with leading global quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands, particularly in Scandinavia, to provide strategic pricing advice and insights that drive profitability. You will act as the key liaison between the outsourced technical team and the client, ensuring seamless communication and impactful deliverables.
Your role involves advising clients on overall pricing strategies, preparing comprehensive inputs for decision-making, and guiding outsourced analytical teams to deliver actionable recommendations. You will engage directly with franchisees, corporate leadership, and project teams, simplifying complex strategies into accessible language. To ensure the successful adoption of revenue management strategies, you’ll help clients understand the benefits of the recommended strategies and effectively adopt these strategies across their franchise networks.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Based in London, you’ll join our European Consulting Services team, reporting to the Director of Consulting Services. You will collaborate with a diverse, and energetic team located across Europe, including colleagues in Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Vienna. This dynamic and supportive environment, combined with working for a client known for strategic foresight and innovation, offers a stimulating setting for personal and professional growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and franchisees across Scandinavia.
- Advise clients on setting overarching pricing strategies by preparing comprehensive inputs, facts, and recommendations to guide decision-making.
- Liaise with the outsourced technical team to ensure deliverables align with client briefs and meet required standards.
- Present pricing recommendations and strategic insights to senior executives and franchisees in a clear, compelling manner.
- Lead regular client meetings to review revenue management strategies, track progress, and gather feedback.
- Help franchisees understand overall pricing strategies and explain the financial benefits of following recommendations.
- Act as the go-to resource for technical questions related to the web interface franchisees use for pricing decisions.
- Create visually appealing and informative presentations to summarize data and insights effectively.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Native-level proficiency in Swedish (or another Scandinavian language) and fluent in English.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry, revenue management, pricing, or consulting.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong aptitude for data visualization and storytelling.
- Strategic thinking and an analytical mindset to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with C-level executives, project leads, and franchisees.
- Ability to travel within Europe to meet with clients and attend presentations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in franchised business models or the restaurant/QSR sector.
- Familiarity with revenue management or pricing methodologies.
