The role covers designs, builds and operates the Kubernetes-based platform that runs the product across AWS, other clouds and customer-hosted on-prem and air-gapped environments: owns the multi-cloud strategy, builds reusable primitives for networking, secrets, storage, ingress, observability and CI/CD, makes deployments repeatable across environments, sets secure‑by‑default patterns, SLIs/SLOs and observability standards, and supports production incident response.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years in platform, infrastructure or SRE roles, ideally in a high-growth startup
- proven production‑grade Kubernetes (networking, ingress, storage, RBAC, upgrades)
- deep AWS experience (EKS, IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, load balancing) with exposure to other providers
- infrastructure-as-code and microservices background
