We are looking for a driven, autonomous and results-oriented Sales Representative to manage and grow our business across the Northern United Kingdom. This is a field-based role requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and a passion for the cycling industry. You will spend 4 days per week on the road visiting accounts and 1 day working from home.

The Northern UK Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer relationships and strengthening brand presence across the territory.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales across Giro, Bell, Camelbak and Fox Racing through proactive outbound selling
- Maximize revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Manage both Pre-Book and At-Once sales cycles through customer visits, calls and email
- Execute seasonal sales campaigns and drive product adoption across accounts
- Account Management
- Manage, develop and service a portfolio of accounts across Northern UK
- Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers and key stakeholders
- Maintain consistent, responsive and professional communication with accounts
- Identify growth opportunities based on regional trends and customer needs
- Deliver seasonal range presentations and product training to dealers
- Identify product opportunities based on inventory, demand and local market insights
- Drive sell-in and sell-through through strong merchandising and planning
- Keep the Senior UK & Ireland Country Manager informed of opportunities, risks and support needs
- Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute market insights
- Collaborate with Product, Sales and internal teams to improve commercial performance
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, inside sales, customer service or field sales
- Ability to create and deliver impactful sales and range presentations
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work autonomously
- Strong communication skills (in-person, phone and email)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Results-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Passion for cycling and outdoor sports
