Lead the charge. Move the room. Change lives. We’re looking for grounded, intentional, and motivating trainers to join our founding Powerhouse Trainer Team at Rev’d Cambridge. This role is for leaders who believe strength is built through control, precision, and purposeful movement, and who are passionate about helping others feel strong and empowered in their bodies.
As a Rev’d Powerhouse Trainer, you’ll lead athletes through controlled, reformer-based strength sessions rooted in Pilates — yet uniquely Rev’d, with added bursts of energy. You’ll coach with clarity and presence, emphasizing alignment, constant resistance, and deep muscle engagement to deliver a powerful, full-body experience. Leading from the floor, you are the steady energy in the room — creating an environment where athletes feel challenged, supported, and confident as they build strength from the inside out.
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for people and performance
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- The ability to command a room with confidence and authenticity
- A desire to grow, collaborate, and contribute to something bigger
- CPR/AED certified (or excited to earn it) through a nationally recognized provider
- Open-minded, coachable, and enthusiastic about learning the Rev’d method through a 4-6 week training program in Foxboro, MA or Cambridge, MA
- Reliable access to a phone and email for ongoing communication
- Access to a laptop computer (Mac preferred)
Trainer Benefits:
- Flexible Hours
- Competitive Pay
- Ongoing coaching, feedback, + performance support
- Growth opportunities within the Rev’d network
- Discounts on apparel + gear
Powerhouse: Where low impact meets high intensity. These sessions – using a reformer machine – include slow, controlled movements paired with cardio bursts to give it the Rev’d edge. This is next level training.
