Revax is building a new class of software for tax advisers, to help them research and draft deliverables faster than ever before. Today, advisers lose countless hours to research and drafting. We turn each firm’s own expertise into structured, auditable AI systems that draft, analyse, and explain deliverables with full traceability. We’re a seed‑stage startup backed by leading institutions and angels, already working with global accounting firms. The team is small, technical, and growing quickly.
The role
We’re hiring a Commercial Associate to help the founders scale Revax’s go‑to‑market. The founders lead sales – this role exists to support them, make sure prepared conversations happen with the right people, and turn those conversations into deployed customers who refer us on.
What you will do
- Sales and customer success (80%)
- Run warm‑intro campaigns through our network, and targeted outbound to build new firm relationships
- Qualify the pipeline so the founders’ time is focused on the right conversations
- Sit in on every demo as the second voice – taking notes, asking the questions that move the conversation forward, and following up after
- Own the post‑signature handover: once a contract is signed, work with the buyer to bring the wider team on board quickly so customers see value fast
- Keep the CRM clean and help us refine the sales process as Revax scales
- Content and storytelling (20%)
- Help establish and curate Revax’s brand identity across our channels, and distribute new brand assets (videos, images, written content) as we grow
- Use Revax’s brand voice to reach and engage new people in the market by co‑writing industry articles with the founders, shaping outbound and follow‑up, and building case studies with our live customers
Who we’re looking for
Essential
- 1–3 years in professional services, ideally inside a Big 4 or mid‑tier tax practice
- Confident in front of a partner or senior manager, and comfortable engaging in technical conversations about tax
- Strong written communication
- Meticulous – you take pride in the details, follow things through to the end, and don’t let things slip
- Genuinely curious about AI, automation, and high‑trust workflow software
- Interested in startups and how businesses scale quickly
- High initiative – you will have autonomy and real responsibility from day one
Nice to have
- Some outbound or business development experience – cold messaging, pipeline tracking, sequencing
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion
- Some exposure to content creation or video
The package
£40–50k base + meaningful EMI equity. London‑based, hybrid with a strong preference for in‑office. Permanent role with direct exposure to founders and customers from day one.
If this sounds like you, please apply and we will be in touch.
