About this job

The FP&A Senior Associate will play a pivotal role in financial modeling, strategic forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering for Revantage UK. This position serves as a critical link between financial insights and strategic objectives, enabling senior management and key stakeholders across the portfolio to make informed decisions and achieve shared business goals.

How you will add value

  • Working with complex financial models
  • Deep dive ad-hoc variance and financial scenario analysis
  • Budgeting, Forecasting and Income allocation
  • Presentation of prepared Budget/Forecast to senior management
  • Non-financial reporting including Portfolio Company updates and periodic updates to Management
  • Development and refinement of existing KPI’s, driving strategic financial planning
  • Support to the Corporate Reporting Team, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll, production of monthly Revantage UK reporting, including month and year end activity, and preparation of month end reporting packs

Skills & Experience

  • ACA Qualified or equivalent (at least 1-year Post Qualified Experience required)
  • Experience within a Corporate environment/consultancy
  • Good knowledge of finance systems
  • Financial Planning and Analysis experience/Management Reporting
  • Experience of working across departments and of interacting with non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience of process improvement within the finance function
  • Financial Modelling/ Excel
  • Powerpoint

  • Yardi/Other ERP experience
