Revalue is obsessed with one of the planet's most critical but complex challenges: seeing nature regenerated at planetary scale. Our mission is to create the most cutting-edge and trusted carbon credits for the planet. Solving this requires a blend of deep experience and out-of-the-box approaches. Therefore, we are bringing together a world-class team from multiple disciplines to create the unique DNA required to reimagine carbon credits.

We have built a team of exceptional forest scientists, ecologists, and conservationists, working closely with teams of machine learning and software engineers, business, and marketing to tackle some of the most complex problems in nature conservation and restoration.

What makes us stand out? We hire people who are not just driven by our mission but who thrive on challenge and know how to make hard things happen. Revalue is Mission over Ego. We are in this together for nature.

Revalue might be for you if:

  • You understand the urgency of the climate challenge at hand and want to beat the clock.
  • You care deeply about nature.
  • You love being outside of your comfort zone.
  • You want to grow and perform at a high level in order to make meaningful breakthroughs for nature.
  • You love a challenge - the harder it gets, the more excited you are.
  • You want to be surrounded by like-minded people who are sharing the journey with you.

Revalue might not be for you if:

  • You prefer easy tasks and predictable routines. Solving unsolved problems means embracing ambiguity and frequent change.
  • You like to stay in your comfort zone. We're constantly tested by new challenges and need to adapt and act swiftly.
  • You’re not passionate about our mission and vision. Nature is our #1 priority, ahead of fancy perks and benefits.
  • You’re mainly interested in working remotely. There are easier remote jobs that might suit you better.

About the Role:

As a member of the Project Management (PjM) Team at Revalue, you will be at the heart of our operational efficiency efforts. Your role will be integral to Revalue's objective of developing the highest quality carbon projects and carbon project models. You will be essential in laying the foundations for data-driven decision-making, scalable project implementation, and organizational velocity improvements. You will be accountable for delivery across all of Revalue's project pipelines and model development, alongside your fellow PjM Team members. Implementing projects to the Revalue standard requires both a pragmatic appreciation for on-the-ground realities and the persistent drive to innovate on our core project delivery processes.

You are a project manager who lives and breathes agile ways of working. You are always looking for opportunities to level up your communication and collaboration frameworks, facilitation skills, data-driven reporting, and delivery mechanisms. You are excited about building out your project management and facilitator toolkits - you aren’t afraid to try something new and see if it sticks.

This role is fully remote; however, candidates must be physically based in the UK with a valid right to work (without requiring sponsorship).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate process maps for Revalue project delivery processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to drive efficiency in our project delivery process, proactively resolving bottlenecks, and deploying automations and tools to reduce errors and resources.
  • Ensuring the seamless delivery of logistics, finance, legal, regulatory support, and other operational support to our project partners throughout the project implementation cycle.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration across Revalue to support project delivery.
  • Problem-solving project management challenges and delivering timely and creative solutions to these challenges.
  • Building a project analytics suite to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Creating and maintaining clear and concise delivery roadmaps that are regularly circulated to the leadership team.

What do we expect from you?

  • Track record of successful project management with complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience with process identification and improvement in consulting, logistics, or a product-led organization.
  • Power user of project management systems and analytics.
  • Comfortable designing project management workflows for non-experts.
  • Driven by a sense of purpose and a desire to make a tangible impact.
  • Evidence that you can work in remote teams, are a self-driver with a willingness to take initiative, and are committed to continuous improvement and high performance within a complex and fast-growing sector.
  • Excited to be part of an international remote-working team with a proven ability to function effectively within diverse cultural environments.

What we value:

  • A-Players: Ensuring a team of top performers is ready to do the best work of their lives.
  • Focus: Saying no more than yes to make hard things happen.
  • Continuous Improvement: Striving for compounding gains through radical ownership.
  • Mission Over Ego: Prioritising the mission above individual pride.

What we offer:

  • Shared purpose, culture, and values.
  • Unbeatable work flexibility and balance - A truly remote-first role with the option to visit our office space in London if that works best for you.
  • A diverse team of colleagues, partners, and clients based all around the world.
  • Generously enhanced, gender-neutral parental leave policy.
  • Wellbeing support, including company-funded access to therapy for anyone who needs it.
