About Us
Revalue is a carbon credit development platform focused on one of the planet’s most critical but complex challenges - seeing nature regenerated at a planetary scale. Our mission is to design the most cutting-edge and trusted nature credits for our planet. We are bringing together a world-class team - forestry experts, ecologists, applied AI scientists, software engineers, geospatial analysts, commercial specialists, economists, and more - to create the unique DNA required to reimagine nature credits.
About the role
We are looking for a highly capable Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our leadership team and help drive the company’s highest-priority strategic and commercial initiatives. This is a high-impact generalist role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings exceptional problem-solving ability, and can move fluidly between strategy and execution. You will help structure complex opportunities, drive strategic special projects, support investor and commercial initiatives, and act as a force multiplier for the leadership team.
The ideal candidate combines consulting-level analytical rigour with startup adaptability, commercial instinct, and a strong understanding of carbon markets and climate-related ecosystems.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Problem Solving & Execution
- Partner closely with leadership on the company’s highest-priority strategic initiatives, helping turn ambiguity into structured action plans and executable work streams alongside Operations.
- Lead problem-solving sessions across commercial, investment, and market-facing challenges, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex topics.
- Take ownership of strategic special projects that require rapid learning, analytical depth, and strong stakeholder management.
- Commercial & Carbon Market Development
- Support development of commercial strategy, market positioning, and proposition design across Revalue’s carbon market activities.
- Help shape and advance strategic partnerships across the climate, carbon, finance, and supply ecosystem.
- Develop a strong understanding of carbon markets, nature-based solutions, integrity dynamics, market structures, and evolving buyer needs.
- Capital Strategy & Investor Readiness
- Support leadership on equity fundraising processes, investor engagement, and financing-related strategic initiatives.
- Build and refine investor materials, strategic narratives, market analyses, and executive-level presentations.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and analytical frameworks to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
Who you are
- Mission-Driven
- You’re committed to climate impact and aligned with values around integrity, equity, and science-led solutions.
- Strategic Generalist
- You bring broad capabilities across strategy, commercial thinking, financial analysis, communications, and operational execution.
- You are equally comfortable building a model, creating a board or investor deck, facilitating a workshop, or driving a complex project forward.
- Carbon Market & Climate Fluency
- You have a strong understanding of carbon markets, climate finance, nature-based solutions, or adjacent climate ecosystem dynamics.
- You understand the commercial realities and strategic opportunities shaping the voluntary carbon market and broader climate ecosystem.
- Exceptional Problem Solver
- You are highly analytical and structured in your thinking, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, recommendations, and action plans.
- You are comfortable leading discussions, synthesising complexity quickly, and helping teams move from uncertainty to execution.
- Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to engage confidently across investors, partners, governments, customers, and internal teams.
- You build trust quickly and operate with high judgment, discretion, and integrity.
- Startup & High-Growth Experience
- You thrive in fast-moving environments with high ownership and evolving priorities.
- You are comfortable operating with limited structure, making decisions with imperfect information, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience in venture-backed startups, venture capital, growth-stage companies, or high-performance consulting environments is highly valued.
