Key Responsibilities As a Field Service & Installation Technician, you will: * Install, service, maintain, and repair Reval UK’s assisted bathing products at customer sites throughout the UK, predominantly within care homes. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally. * Complete service reports, installation records, and documentation accurately and within agreed timescales. * Comply with all customer site procedures, including health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding requirements. * Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and warehouse areas in a clean, organised, and safe condition. * Represent Reval UK professionally at all times, delivering an exceptional customer experience. * Travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays when required. Skills & Experience Required Essential * Full, clean UK driving licence. * Confident driving a Luton box van fitted with a tail lift. * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Excellent customer service and communication abilities. * Good organisational and planning skills. * Competent using iPads, smartphones, email systems, and electronic testing equipment. * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Desirable * CSCS Card or willingness to obtain one. * Electrical qualification and/or relevant electrical experience. * Plumbing qualification or experience. * Forklift licence.
