Job Description
Business Risk Partner – Financial Services – London
Rev & Regs are currently recruiting for a Business Risk Partner to work for a leading financial services company based in the City of London.
The role –
- Support consistency of risk identification for the business line/function
- Support consistent identification of risk events
- Manage the business line/function’s control testing plan.
- Define risks and controls against risk categories
- Advise business Senior Management on compliance with risk policies
Requirements for the role –
- Demonstratable experience operating as a risk generalist
- Strong understanding of banking operations
- Strong knowledge of FCA and PRA regulatory frameworks and requirements.
- Proven experience successfully operating and delivering within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills – both verbal and written – with experience of adapting style and approach to the audience and the message to be delivered.
