Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Regional Account Manager for a leading software company. The Account Manager serves as a key point of contact for clients and product users, requiring expertise in the company's offerings. The Account Manager will guide new client onboarding, deliver training and educational sessions, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Cultivate strong client relationships through regular virtual check-ins (weekly and bi-weekly) and a minimum of one quarterly in-person visit, including depot driver engagements.

  • Sell and educate on products and services
  • Gather customer feedback on products and services, communicating insights to internal teams
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related field, ideally within the technology or logistics industries
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other client management software
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts whilst maintaining quality standards and client goals are met
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong aptitude for building and maintaining positive relationships

Location - Remote, some travel will be required for client visits and occasional office meetings in the Solihull office.
