Conduct Risk MI Analyst
Location: London
Salary: Up to £75,000
Rev & Regs Recruitment is currently hiring a Conduct Risk MI Analyst on behalf of a leading financial services organisation based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the firm’s conduct risk oversight and MI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data with a strong understanding of conduct risk.
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust process for producing Conduct & Culture Committee dashboards.
- Ensure the timely and accurate production of MI in line with governance and reporting deadlines.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective dashboard delivery and promote collaborative working relationships.
- Work closely with business areas to identify and address data gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement of the conduct risk MI framework.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience using MI tools and reporting software such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong background in developing and implementing MI frameworks and dashboards.
- Good understanding of conduct risk frameworks and governance structures.
- Solid experience working within a 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) environment, especially relating to risk identification, monitoring, and cultural assessments.
